While we are confident you will be pleased with our Malibu Wellness Collection, we will honor a return of product under the following terms and conditions:
Within 30 days of receipt of the product shipped, you may return any portion of your order. Please call our offices at 1-800-622-7332 to receive a Return Authorization number and provide us with the credit card number used to place your order. (Your credit card is encrypted at the time of ordering for your privacy and security on our web site, therefore, we do not have record of your credit card on file). Once the returned product is received in our Mid-America warehouse, we will credit your credit card for the amount of the returned product purchase price less a 10% handling fee. We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping the original order. However, if we made a mistake in your order, we will credit your credit card for the original shipping charges and incur the shipping charges to return the product to our Mid-America warehouse.
PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURN
- Please be sure the returned product is packed securely and that all caps are
tightly screwed on.
- Affix a shipping label with the Return Authorization number clearly visible and ship returned product, at your expense, to:
